My approach
Across different topics, my approach to training includes some form of these four components: learning, practice, reflection, and revision.
Participants can count on getting a hands-on experience where they put principles learned into practice. They will then be guided through the process of reflecting and revising their approach for future application.
The foundation of these components is psychological safety and a nurturing learning environment. This is established from the outset to ensure that participants feel comfortable taking risks, testing new techniques, and having fun along the way.
